As project executive, he will work directly with the architect, project manager, and subcontractors to ensure that your project is a ppropriately priced and that all the necessary materials and labor are reflected in your contract. Having worked for many years as a project manager in both the commercial and residential fields and subsequently as president of his own construction and development companies, Duane is formidably qualified to supervise the financial aspects of your home building project. “We try to make the complicated process of building a home as enjoyable as possible,” says Duane, “and our collective wealth of experience makes it almost seem easy.” A married father of two, avid skier, runner, and golfer, Duane is a graduate of the School of Architecture’s Building Construction Program at the University of Florida at Gainesville.
