His 20+ years of hands-on construction experience, as well as his studies in Construction Management at SUNY Canton, have formed his well-honed approach to site management. “Whether I’m building a relationship with the homeowners (and even their neighbors) or obsessively measuring and re-measuring, I am dedicated and detailed in every aspect of my job. In the field, I support every team member’s individual style of working and communication, but in the end my responsibility comes down to delivering a high standard of quality,” explains this married father of two and recreational fisherman.
