Some special features include a Crestron-controlled “smart house” system that allows the homeowners to operate and integrate the mechanical systems, phone system, lighting, audio and visual systems, pool and spa, and the security systems from strategically installed touch pads or remote control device. The home also features a 14-foot, floor-to-floor height from the basement to the first floor allows for the mechanical systems to be easily accessed from a wood paneled basement ceiling with a 10′ height.
This home also has myriad other features, including a media room with a a ceiling-mounted projector illuminating a 110″ screen for viewing while you are enveloped by a state of the art surround sound system. Sophisticated sound proofing techniques and materials allow others in the residence to enjoy their private spaces during media room use.
